02 — A look inside
A short, guided tour of three pieces that explain what we mean by direct from Khambhat. Each is cut, polished and packed at our workshop — then shipped to you, container or pallet.
Towers & Obelisks
Each smoky-quartz tower starts as a rough Brazilian point. We hand-shape the six facets, polish the faces and stand the tower on a polished base. Sold by piece; matched pairs on request.
Polished Spheres
Hand-polished labradorite on a carved stone base. The signature blue flash shows at almost every angle — the piece that opens every wholesale conversation we have.
Wire-Wrapped
Each gemstone tree is hand-wrapped by our team of village artisans, mounted on a solid stone base, and packed in protective foam. Available in over fifty stone-and-base combinations.

The studio
Novelty Agate has been cutting, polishing and shipping stones from Khambhat, Gujarat since 1979. We work with a small team of in-house lapidaries and a network of village-level artisans, and we ship container-loads and mixed pallets to importers in more than forty countries.

Privacy
When you submit the enquiry form we collect what you give us — name, company, country, phone, email, message. We use it only to reply with stock and pricing. We never sell or rent it. We keep it only as long as needed to fulfil your request.
Terms
Novelty Agate supplies importers, distributors, retailers and gift brands. New customers: 50% advance, 50% against pre-shipment photos. Established customers may qualify for net-30 after the third shipment. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Shipping
Standard packing is zip-bags inside corrugated cartons; fragile pieces are individually wrapped with shock-absorbent fill. Every shipment includes commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and gemstone declaration. Lead-time for stock items: 7–10 business days.
Returns
Please inspect every shipment on arrival and notify us within seven days of any damage, shortage or quality issue. We will replace broken pieces at our cost or credit the next order — whichever you prefer. Custom orders are not returnable unless they differ from the approved sample.
